The first line is the date, time
Height in cm(can be converted to feet and inches)
Weight is kg(can be converted to lbs)
BMI: it is an index to reflect if you are normal or abnormal body weight, which equals to weight in kg is divided by the square of height in cm.



Ideal weight: it recommends your ideal body weight
Standard weight: it reminds your normal weight range


Fat rate: is an amount of fat as a portion of your body weight

Extracellular fluid: Extracellular fluid (ECF) denotes all body fluid outside the cells of any multicellular organism
Intracellular fluid:  Intracellular fluid is the fluid that exists within the cells of multi-celled organisms. 
Total water: Human body is mostly water, varying from about 75 percent of body mass in infants to about 50–60 percent in adult men and women, to as low as 45 percent in people age over 60.  
Protein: Proteins are large molecules that our cells need to function smoothly. They consist of amino acids. The structure and function of our bodies depend on proteins. Overall rating: A general healthy score based on your body composition analysis. Above 80 means you are healthy and need to keep good habits continually, if it is under 70, it means you need to notice your health condition and consult with a health expert or doctor for professional advice.
